Para sa pangarap mong i-establish yung future mo at ng sarili mong pamilya. Para sa anak mo, para hindi nya maranasan mamrublema sa renta ng apartment. Para hindi sya mamrublema humanap ng pangbayad sa hospital bill pag matanda ka na at nagkasakit ka. Para hindi nya kailangan isipin na obligasyon nya na sustentuhan ka pag tanda mo. Para makapagsave din sya at mabuhay ng hindi nagigipit kada sweldo. Lahat ng pangarap na iyon, araw-araw mong pinagdarasal na sana matupad. Kayod lang kapatid, pero ‘wag mong kalimutan ang sarili mo. Mag pahinga ka din pag napapagod, ingatan mo din ang sarili mo. Pause & reflect. Isipin mo lahat ng biyaya ni Lord sayo, dahil sa pagpupursigi mo hindi ka nya pinapabayaan. Yung struggle to make ends meet lagi Nyang ginagawan ng paraan. Sya ang Source ng lahat ng needs mo. Pinapalakas ka Nya para makabangon ka araw-araw. Yung mga credit cards mo unti-unti mo din yang mababayaran. Sana matapos na ang mga interest ng mga utang natin. Ipag-pray natin yan, kapatid. Sa ngayon kasi napakadali bumili, pero ang hirap mag bayad. Ang dami nating nasa isip na kelangan natin, pero needs nga ba talaga or wants? Minsan i-jujustify natin sa sarili natin na “deserve natin ito” dahil sa hard work natin. Nakakalimutan natin yung true Source, akala natin dahil sa hard work natin lahat ng iyon. If only we believe that God is our Provider, susunod tayo sa mga plano nya at maniniwala na “all these things will be given to you as well”
“So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’
“… your Heavenly Father knows that you need them.”
“But seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness,”
At ‘yon na nga yung promise nya na “all these things will be given to you as well” (Matthew 6:31-33)
Mag invest ka pa rin for future at gamitin mo yung time ng pagwoworry mo in seeking God with all your heart, mind and soul, and following Jesus in action. You will live each day more satisfied and contented when you put your heart right. Tumulong ka parin sa magulang at kapatid mo, someday, ibabalik ni Lord sayo hundredfold. Ask God to give you discernment to meet the real needs for you and others around you. Be a faithful steward sa blessings na natatanggap mo from Him. We all need to be prudent in how we handle material things and our relationship with others. Give it a careful thought and set a good example to others.
“Be sure you know the condition of your flocks, give careful attention to your herds.” (Proverbs 27:23)
Remember that the purpose of it all is to glorify God not to serve our own desires. Mahalaga sa Kanya yung posture ng heart mo pag tumutulong ka or nagbibigay ka sa iba. Kung hindi kaya ‘wag mo na ipilit, alam ni Lord ang nasa puso ng bawat isa. Release yourself from being called Sandwich Generation, you were given a new and better label “Faithful Generation”. You care for your flock because you are a faithful steward. You help others as much as you can according to the ability that God has given you to do so. You know and trust that our God is forever faithful. God is a good provider and He sees and meet every need according to His plan, purpose and timing.
